Cannabis leaves.

I’m on my second grow. Diff strain. My leaves nears my buds seem to be getting hairy with white on them. I need to know have I got a mood issue.
Some leaves by the buds are also twisting.

Any info would be great. Do I have an issue or not. Or a this normal. It’s about 5 weeks into flower stage.
