I am a new cardholder in CT with HIV/Aids. We don't have dispensaries here yet and probably won't for a few more months. I see that the surrounding states share a lot of the same rules and regulations concerning possession, but as far as I can tell, being from out of state I cannot utilize their dispensaries. Is it possible anywhere in New England to get my medication from a caregiver?
