Just put seeds into net pot, tap roots just broke out. I have the timer set to spray for 15 minutes once an hour. Too much, not enough, ok? Thanks!

Bump, no one?

Not without a lot more detail.:)
Meanwhile, if you sit the netpot about 2" above the water surface, an airstone, will splash enough water to get you rolling, and spritzing won't be needed.

My system is together, the only thing I had to do was get bigger net pots today. It's up and running, works great. 15 gallon tote, long but shallow, 160gph pump with veturi (sp) adapter to add even more oxygen, 18w air pump, 2 12" air stones, 2 micro drip heads.

The missing detail is the medium used in your netpot.
Most folks use hydrotron fritted clay.
In which case, your drip is about right.

However, some use rockwool, I use coco.
Each has different spritzing schedules.
Rockwool saturates and stays that way for hours.
Coco can go for quite a while too, but over-dripping won't kill your starts like rock wool will.

See what I mean about pertinent information?
Better questions, better answers. :D

It may not matter much how often you drip once the roots are established in the water. I'd say play with it and see what happens.
