THC drops on sigaret

Hi,

I would like to make THC drops to put on a regular sigaret.
Something easier to handle than BHO.
Any suggestions? Is a tincture possible?

Have smoked the oil, the tincture, has all been straight oral. If you warm your oil a little might be easier to apply. And use the syringe(Simpson oil) as applicator. My bubble hash is pretty thick and just gets thicker with age.
