n00b lighting question

Ive shut down my veg room and was wondering if my 4' dbl T5's would be usefull in my flower room.I have a 6 1/2' cube grow tent w/1000w hps (2'x3' a/c reflector) & a dbl T12 w/a cool flourescent bulb and a uvb reptile bulb off to 1 side...4 plants that are 10 days into 12/12 lighting.Would the T5's compliment what I'm already using or would they be a waste of electricity?:rastasmoke:

I have done that in the past, during vegging & early flowering weeks.

400HPS overhead and HO T5 off to the side.

Plants closest to the T5 would lean towards it.:wtf:
