Tall and stretching

Hi...my plants are 3week old they have got 4leaves on top over night they have grown about 4inch so there stem is long and its tall what can I do to stop this pls any thing will b a help (1st time grower)

Thanks will try that as my lights r at the sides so will move to on top low

I replied this in the other thread that you posted but you may want to plan on a SCRoG setup. Also, topping them will start bushier growth rather than straight up (at least in my limited experience), but they will still go up. I don't know how early is too-early to tie them down, but that's another option.

I like to light from above, then think of side lighting as additional. Topping will make for bushier plant and more smaller buds.
