Forgot to turn lights off

I really would appreciate help.

I forgot to turn my lights off. They were on 18/6, and only about 2 weeks old. I should have turned them off at 1:30 AM, and this morning at 7:30 AM when I uncovered the box, ((yep, prepped them for bed)) and still didn't get the lights out. I realized my mistake. what do I do??
I think I may have posted this in the wrong spot before, so I need to delete a post.
