Some of you know my 66 % less fat Thread. I wrote, that i will not make a coockboock, but a coock thread. Here i have a list of my favourite meals, sweets and snacks. All made easy, cheap, natural and light.

I lost 30 pounds between some month, without a diet or eating less or less tasty, sweet...
I still eat what i like and as much as i want. When i want some burgers, croques, meat, sausages, cakes, chocolates, i eat them, But i eat a homemade light version of it with 100 % taste and 50 % calories.

To make my fast food, meals, snacks, cakes or sweets light, i use 3 simple methods.

Method 1 : Calories replace method.

Some food contains unneccessary fat, sugar, meal or calories. They are not neccessary to reach the full 100 % taste. I replace fat with a bit of fat and joghurt, nutella with pudding and a bit of nutella ( 2:1 ), i replace peanut butter with water and a bit of peanut butter. I replace 100 % remoulade or mayonaise with a ground of 50 % joghurt and a top of 50 % remou/mayo.
I save up to 66 % fat or calories.

Method 2. Fat fuse method

Instead of fat sausages or "leberkäse" that contain much fat and also keep it while grilling or heating it, i still use fat and cheap cow ground meat, burger meat or chevapcici. But when i heat this kind of meat in the oven, the whole fat becomes fluid and leaves the meat. Don´t let it heat too long, or it gets too dry. ( I trie to keep 7 % of the fat )

Method 3. Natural stretch method.

You can make a big meal ou of a little meal, without much more calories or fat. Some eat chocolate pure and 200 gramms a day. Some mix chocolat with fruits and have up to kg of tasty sweets. Even if they eat 1/2 kg of it, they still save 100 Gramms of chocolate. Some even stretch their bread or meat with healthy and light things like vegetals or popcorn flakes.

Here are my favourite Meals:

Mayonaise light : There are 4 ways to get a good light mayo

1. Make a ground of joghurt ( 50:50 ) and a top of mayo, don´t mix it.
2. Buy a good and light one, like miracel whip or heinz.
3. Use a traditional recipe, but instead of 50 % fat just 16,6% fat and 33,3 % joghurt.
4. Or stretch you mayo up to 50 % with joghurt, add salt untill taste is 100 %.

Remoulade light : The same as at mayo, but with remou.

Danish remoulade : The same as at mayo but with danish remoulade.

Zaziki light : Joghurt with 1 % extra salt.

Feta light : Mix 100 gramms feta with up to 200 gramms joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %.

American cheese light : Heat 100 gramms american cheese, grind it untill it is fluid, than mix it with up to 200 gramms joghurt. Add salt untill taste is 100 %

Croques light : Traditional recipe, but with remoulade light.

Sandwiches : Traditional recipes, but with remoulade light.


Burgers light :Traditonal recipes, but with danish remou, mayo or remou light.

Noodlesalads light :Traditional recipes, but with mayo light.

Potatoe salads: Traditional recipes, but with mayo light.

Fish sticks light

Instead of putting the sticks into a pan full of fat, water them and put them into the oven ( ca. 20 minuits. ) untill the top of the sticks gets hard. The whole fat of the cover becomes fluid and is collected in the bottom side of the sticks. After heating them, turn them around and remove the bottom side of the sticks with a fork. A lot of unneccessary meal and nearly all of the unneccesary fat is collected here and removed.
More than 66 % less fat and less calories.

Fish mac light : 1 Toast, put 3 fishsticks light on it and put some remou light and some cut onions on it. No breadcover


Asia meal light."sweet sour "

Instead of one glass (400 Gramms ) for a meal, use only the half. Coock it into a pot, mix it with 100 ml sieved tomatoes and some cut onions. At the end add some a bit of salt and vinegar in it.
This together with 200 gramms chicken or pork filet and rice is good and slim.
If you want you can add 1 ts oil into it.


Vegetals in cheese sauce.

Coock 300 Gramms of frozen asia vegetals.
For the sauce take 75 gramms of american cheese or feta and heat it. After heating it grind it untill its fluid than mix it with up to 150 gramms joghurt with up to 1 % extra salt. This pure or together with rice is a easy, cheap, natural and slim meal.


Cow ground, hamburger meat and cow chevapcici light.

Just put it into the oven, untill the fat becomes fluid and leaves the meat. Don´t let it heat too long or it gets too dry. I trie to keep 7 % fat in it.

Sausages light : Traditional recipe, but instead of 30 % fat, use 25 % joghurt with 5 % fat in it.


Scrambled eggs light. ( not perfect, but slim )

Instead of 4 eggs and 40 ml oil ( 600 kcal, 60 gramms fat. )
Use 3 eggs cocked and scrambled in a pot with up to 100 gramms joghurt. You save 50 % of fat and calories.

This were my favourite meals.

My favourite sweets and cakes:

Chocolate light : 50 gramms of heated chocolate mixed well with 100 gramms vanilla pudding.You save 66 % fat and 50 % calories.

Caramel light: The same as at chocolate, but with caramel.

Marzipan light : The same as at chocolate, but with marzipan.

Nutella light : The same as at chocolate, but with nutella.

Marmelade : Just mix it with up to 50 % water or joghurt.
Honey light : Just mix it with water or joghurt.


With this ingredients light, you can make a lot of cakes, coockies and sweets. Mix it with toast, dough or fruits.

For all the people who still don´t got a vape, you can vape with fire and 3 pipescreens above the weed.
