Hi folks,

So we all know that thc isn't water soluable so flushing doesn't actually clean you out. What if you took a shot of coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil 3-4 times a day for a few days? I'm sure it wouldn't be good for you, but I was thinking along the lines of how thc pulls out in cooking. Any thoughts?

The urine test does not detect THC.
It looks for metabolites.

Thc is stored in fatty tissues in your body,
Whenever those fats are converted to energy, metabolites are created and eliminated, through the kidneys mostly.
Any excess fats that are ingested will have no effect on your test results.

The most effective method, is abstinence, for about a month in most folks.
Try to come up with a legitimate excuse to postpone the test.

Or, buy a test kit from the drugstore and test yourself just prior.
If you flunk, substitution is advised.

I'm no expert, so hang out, until you hear from Burnt toast.

Youve pretty much covered it like a blanket, Weez..:thumbsup:

As Weez had pointed out, urine drug tests recognize THC metabolites, rather than THC itself. THC must be ingested and metabolized in order to be detected on a U/A.

So I took my test yesterday. I drank 1 32 oz Gatorade then filled that bottle 2 times with water and drank 2 rockstars for color. I told the lady at the temp agency that I just moved back to NC from WA and I haven't smoked for about 3 weeks. This oil idea was something I thought of in case I failed. She called me about 20 min ago and said I passed. Thanks weez, thanks toast for you guys breaking that down for me. Much appreciated.
