i know there's a million and one threads about this already but I wanted to provide my specifics and hear what you guys think. Frankly I'm a nervous wreck. I submitted a sample this evening around 8:00pm to be sent out. It's been exactly 30 days since I smoked (Nov. 12th last hit). I generally smoke 1-2 hits of very stinky, kind bud from a glass pipe 3-4 times a week when visiting my brother. There are also occasionally long gaps in between, like up to a week. I'm a big guy, 6'3", 240 lbs, my diet sucks and I don't work out. I consume a lot of diuretics throughout the week, lots of coffee and beer. This afternoon I drank a 2 qt. bottle of Cranberry-Pomegranate juice and urinated 5 times before submitting my sample. I was sure to catch the middle of my sample, starting and finishing in the toilet. I'm nervous about my high body mass and that my sample was pretty yellow. I passed a test about a year ago on 2 weeks notice when I smoked much more frequently (multiple time a day almost daily). All I did was slam water and cranberry juice the day of and pissed crystal clear (I know this can be just as bad as testing positive but they didn't give me a problem). I guess I'm just more paranoid this time around cuz I have a lot more riding on this test. This forum seems like the best outlet to get a good answer. Let me know if I can provide any further details. THANKS :)

your question being?

I think he wants to know if he's good or not.

Yes, I'm curious if you guys think I should be okay or not. I guess I worded my post poorly, I'm just really nervous and my head is all over the place. Especially after reading about people with higher body masses testing positive months and months after abstaining. But they also seem to be much heavier smokers. But I'm also concerned about the potency of this stuff my brother gets, its crazy, nothing like what I got when I was his age (7 years ago). My head is just spinning.

well, i am no expert like burnttoast but i have poured over all the posts. the thing is, it's far from an exact science. i wish you would have home tested but sounds like you didn't have that chance but whatever, it is what it is. our bodys are different and i smoked a little more. i home tested clean at 28 days, in a couple of hours i'm going to an any test clinic. i'll report back and i think there is a good chance you are ok.

Around these parts, we have zero faith in crystal balls and speculation. Nobody will know for sure whether youre good to go or not because each persons body is different and there are many variables that have to be taken into consideration. Since youve already taken the U/A, its out of your hands as well as anyone else who responds to this thread. Nothing that the responders will say will change the outcome of your U/A.

I understand all that. I was simply looking for a hypothesis based on the variables I stated, and am wondering what other variables someone would like to know to aid in the forming of their hypothesis.

I understand all that. I was simply looking for a hypothesis based on the variables I stated, and am wondering what other variables someone would like to know to aid in the forming of their hypothesis. Aside from useage pattern and metabolic rates, which vary from user to user, there are too many other variables involved to even form a "hypothesis". Thats why home testing is strongly (and wisely) recommended whenever the multitude of "Will I Pass?" questions arise. If passing a U/A is of any real importance, why rely on hypothesis when a THC test kit will tell the donor the actual story on where s/he stands.
