Hi, This is my first post here.
We are going to be cloning for the first time and would like some advice.
My friend has a lighting fixture that holds 16 T5 36 watt bulbs.
It is a Pentron 3500k KP35-835-800.
We have gutted an old RV and will be doing the clones inside.
The total watts would be 36 watts x 16 bulbs = 576 watts.
Will this work for the clones? I think it may be too much light for them.
I appreciate your help.

To clone you don't need much light, but I do like It 24/7 till rooted. My 3x2 clone spot

I use the under the counter fluorescence(from wally world/cheap) and just 3 of them296604 there's close to a hundred there.

You'll need the light later tho. Use a new razor blade each session, no scissors!!

I use 216 watts of T5HO lamps. It covers a 2' x 4' area easily.

Thank you for your replies. Yes, we are low tech too. It does sound like the fixture we have may be too much for our 10' x 4' space. 16 bulbs at 36 watts each is 576 watts. Maybe if we cut it down to 8 bulbs for 288 watts? Will that be too much for the clones?
