I'm growing with cfls two 1 23watt other 24watt, 6young girls 2 to 3 weeks old
I was wondering if it's possible to go all the way to flowering with these two same cfls
Advantages/disadvantages

Yes. It's possible. You might even get a couple of grams of bud.

47 watts, could have nice little house plant, but a couple of grams might be generous.

But I like to measure watts in 1000's

Everyone starts somewhere my friend, keep trying, reading, and learning. You have started, so that's half the battle. Now you need to improve your lighting and read the grow logs...they are very helpful. Ask questions, give enough info, and keep trying.
