Someone enlighten me

I began growing this plant about a week ago, this is my first time, being an amateur I'm not entirely aware, but small white spots have formed on the tips of the leaves and a little around the bases. Could this be mold? If not what is it?

Looks fine to me. Zoomed in and I didn't see any problem with that little sprout.

What r u going to do with it? Is that your only one? Is it a feminized seed?
