Pre-employment test for Arkansas state job.

I had a interview for a state job at the arkansas department of health. Doubted i would get it but after the interview i think i will(and 2 positions on the informatics team is open not just one) and the bossman was highly impressed with me. Minimum requirements for the job is a bachelor degree but i have a masters and getting close to a Phd in bioinformatics(translation = computers science+molecular biology) and have wetlab experience not just IT experience. Point is the bossman told me I was first in line and two postions are open.

So I might be able to have 2 maybe 3 weeks clean.(it might just be 7 -10 days) Not a heavy smoker but i smoke the best shit in arkansas.(I have a buddy who together we have experimented in horticulture for a few years). ANd i love some magic cookies. The cookie monster attacked me several times.

I am rail thin(5'11 and 130) and have a high metabolism.
I bought a pizziantor(if i get the job their might be random and I will need that for the future).

Question is should just dilute or sub?

Can they pat me down? Can they make me lift my shirt and see the bag tucked under my armpit? Can they watch? DOes it keep a stable temp with the pads?

I can get clean urine and I will have the equipment to do it. I can dillute(i did it almost twenty years ago after smoking the night before). But i worry about the time and I will be honest it is hard for me not to smoke.(did not make it past the original 2 days) I've had the WORST year of my life. ALmost died, mom almost died, dad almost died, all in different circumstances and I had to support myself and my mom for months making 8.25 a hour tutoring a mentally unstable, legally blind person graduate level courses in my department. And likely going to get a divorce. And i could mention other things but that is not the topic.

Is their any reason i should dilute and not sub considering this is a pre-employment test? It is a urine test and it is for a state government job. A poor state but still a state job.

Is there any way I could get caught besides acting like a dumbass, with the pizziantor and whipping it out in the lobby, etc.

What would you do?

I would sub if it were me, considering your situation.

Yes, the heat pads work. No, they can't watch, which is why I recommend you sub. They'll make you empty out your pockets, not sure if pat-downs are legal; BurntToast would know more on that.

To avoid any stress with hiding it, my last test, I simply strapped the bottle to my upper thigh with an Ace bandage, and had the heat pad on the side facing out. It worked like a charm.
