Centipede Killed my plant! Will clonex revive it?

So I open my grow box to find one of my seedlings knocked over I when I reached over to pick it up it came of the dirt and there was a centipede laying there exactly where my plants stem was. it cut my plant from its roots! I cut little more of end of my plant and dipped it in some clonex hoping it will grow it's roots back but the stem was really soft and it's just laying there any help?): btw I burned that stupid bug with a lighter >:( hurting my baby...

It been 3 hours and plant is still laying there but believe it's working I'm not sure but I believe it is because where the plant meets the dirt the stem is actually standing up a little and when I replanted it was completely laying down I guess I just have to wait to see what happens hopefully it keeps recovering . I only have one more seedling and I need this one for a higher chance at a girl /: prey for my baby lmfao. This had to happen to me on my first grow too):

im sorry to say but this plant just look like it had it way to hot and dry out. :/ i dont think you can blame the bug for that

Nah bro the plant looked like it was alive when I put the clonex on it just didn't have the bottom roots and the stem was soft it dryed out the day after when I made the post i water my plants at the same time and my other ones still healthy (: I know it looks like that but it's not bro it got shrived after but do you think that I should cut off the top of it? Cause i don't know if it's revive or just regrowing .?

Just an old head, but some thoughts, usually I think of centipede as being one of the good guys(at least the enemy of my enemy thing). Just a quess but maybe it was after a grazzer(cut worm or the like) as these sobs work chewing on the stem, it allows the top to wither. Which disrupts the way the plant moves water. If you still have a solid connection between the root and a growth node, you may have a chance.

I just checked on it today guys and the stem is spreading life again:D. Does anyone know if I should cut off the leaves or are they going to revive too?

dead leaves are dead... but if they're you're ONLY leaves, no, leave it alone... in fact, maybe just leave that poor bugger alone in general
