how to add pictures?????

Hi, I'm new to this, all I want to do is upload a pic of my plant to get some feedback but I can't find how to upload a picture. Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm trying to use my phone and just use pictures out of my gallery but I don't know how to.

I think a certain number of posts must be realized before one may post images. Sometimes as many as 30 posts but I've seen less. Sorry, I don't have instructions for uploading photos from phomes to the forum. Please post a new thread on that subject, I know at least one other person who would like to post photos with a phone but doesn't know how it's accomplished.
