are my plants herming out?

alrighty so a lil' update with NEW issues. ill remind you i am a first time grower so please bear with me.

here's the setup so far;

added some extra lights so now i have 12 lights at roughly 300 watts total. 8 2700k and 4 6500k.

been flowering for 2 weeks and im wondering if my plants are gettin a lil hermy..

i'm wondering if that little seedling in the first picture has anything to do with it... dunno if its male or female yet.

i was also wondering if anyone had any pruning advise? would that help me out at this point in the game?
