hey there

first time grow and i just moved my plants in a closet for the first time to start flowering. these 2 ladies have had quite the history though;

first, i got them as clones from a dispensery here in hollywood. they were sprouted and vegged indoors and were a pretty good size when i got em.
next, they lived on my balcony for about 2 weeks until i realized they just werent getting enough light.
finally, i moved them indoors into my closet in which i also use to store some of my music gear.

the leaves are starting to get light green and some of the newish growth towards the bottom of the stock is lookin pretty weak, in fact i picked a couple of the leaves of that were about to fall off themselves..

i dunno what the problem is here, as i know it could be many different things that are causing my plants to this. here is a rundown of what im using;

GROW SPACE (CLOSET)
8 x 25w 2700k CFL bulbs (i set up a hood over it, however i have no reflective material on the walls but they are white)
1 fan on medium

PLANTS
2 x 3 gallon containers
fox farms ocean forest potting soil
general hydroponics floranova bloom (i think maybe too much...)

WATERING SCHEDULE
i pretty much water when it seems like the soil is dry which is what ive heard. this has ended up being about once a week. the past two weeks ive used 4ml of the floranova bloom to 1 gallon of water and used the full gallon on both plants (1/2 gallon per plant). overall i have been checking the pH to make sure that it stays between 5 - 6.5 but i only have one of those dye dropper kits based on color which is kind of a bitch to use.

CONCERNS
- leaves are turning light green
- leaves turning downwards at tips
- too many nutes? how should i flush if this is the case?
- how do i get better ventilation in a closet in which i need to close the door?? (i aint gonna make a giant hole to put an air duct)

i would greatly appreciate any feedback! i know that i'm new here, but i come in peace!! thanks for your time :)

Lights too close/too strong. Cholorphyl is breaking down.

i heard that you were suppose to put CFLs really close to your plants.. i still feel like they are not getting enough light and that's why the bottom leaves are falling off. you really think 200w is too much for two girls?
