Quick question

I did post something similar in the lighting section but I need a quick answer. 6 plants, 3 tall with nice buds, 3 shorter smaller buds. I just a 600w hps to add to my 400w, would u put the stronger light over the bigger ones or the smaller ones? Kind of time sensitive, sorry mods.
