Hi, I was wondering if there is something i can use for emergency lighting in my room in case of a power outage. I don't mind spending some money on emergency lighting but i didn't want to go crazy with it. Just looking for a cheap setup in case of an emergency, we get alot of winter storms in my area and I would like to be prepared. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

1. plants can go several days without light.

2. a small gas generator (outside) is the most practical.

Several days without light that's good to know. I thought if they lost light for a day or 2 they would turn hermaphadite.

Lost power for 2 days and ended up with a whole room of her hermies...I'm sure the strain plays into this...but I've since bought a generator
