hey guys my cola is getting burned on the leaf's can i cut it of ?

can i cut the cola of and let the plant keep growing in flower or will i need to cut it all down then ? and its like 40/41 days in to flowering under a 400 hps and i cant get the light higher now the plants have growing to 141 cm high and i dont have more space :/ can i cut the top af and dry it ?295633295634

Take the bud if you wish.

Let the rest go for a while.
Then compare the highs.
I predict that you'll become a fan of staggered harvest.

nice so i can just cut the top of and let the rest sit in flowering stage ? :) i was afraid of if i cut the top of then the plant would die ? do i need to cover the stem with duck tape when i cut it over ?

Yes, I aways stagger my harvest to bring out different aspects n side effects from any particular strain.

Nope, no tape.
Just use a clean blade and never take more than a third of the plant, it will be jus' fine.
Cutting the terminal bud can slow growth for a few days, but when it resumes the lack of auxin wil cause the lower buds to swell a bit.

Google "Auxin" for a good read.:jointsmile:

hey question. not to be simple minded here.. and maybe your question was answered.. but couldn't you move the lights back some and possibly vent in either fresh air or a/c into space ? i usually about three times a day run my fan pointed into the closet with the door to the closet open..

thanks man :) im so imprest of this strain :) its my first grow tho ^^lol but i think the size is huge of the cola :) and im only trying to learn how to grow organic and clean :) then i will go to the medical grow for pain killers :)

This post ended up being a very interesting read about staggered harvests, something I haven't read about until now. I have read about partial harvesting for ease of having more time to process the crop, stretched over a couple different sessions, but varying highs from staggered harvests is much more intriguing!

hey thanks man :) guys im thinking about dry the buds for like 7 days and then put them in jar's for a month and then they are finish does that sound fine ? and when can i smoke a bit of it :) just for testing it, i almost cant wait :D
