Ok so these clones has been in my possesion for a week now well in this setup for 5 days. Running 1000 watt hps the room is 4x7 and 7 ft tall. The yellowing began after day one im on a 20 hr light schedule watering once a day in the small red cups. i just have to small house fans and a humidifier as the thermo humid meter i bought said it was 90 in there i do not believe that is the case and will be purchasing a digitial meter today .... Any thoughts one what im doing wrong would be great no fert at this time i know pics arent the best but you can see yellowing on tge bigger leaves

Hyponex potting soil with compost mix as of 2 days ago .have got the temp down to 80 but as stated i dont trust my thetmometer at this time cause it does not feel that hot when my hand is above plants or when im in the room i do think first light cycle i had light to close and had sprayed plants which was dumb i know ! They are certainly growing i know that so i am assuming that is a good sign

Bought new thermometer and added exhaust out fan and inteake fan temp on digital reads 77 and humidity at 53 so that should be perfect that is with light on ..plants are around 6 to 8 inches tall should i be getting them out of party cups soon ?

height of plant doesnt directly determine transplant time, but indicates you should be looking for other signs that you need to. if the growth rate slows down and the plant isnt thriving i'd give it a transplant. and the new container it is going into shouldnt be so large that the SOG still covers roughly 70% of the soil area on top. thats a rough number to play with over time. but if too much soil sees the light, the water will just evaporate out. any pot smaller and it becomes almost a redundant transplant.
but after a closer look at your picutres, i would say they are quite large for party cups, go for the transplant. Be careful! and Good luck sir!!!!
