went for non reporting probation and asked to take drug test ugh..

im 57 yrs old, 5'4 1/2 inches and weigh about 110, high metabolism, very high ! not for drug reason but put on probation and now it was time for non reporting. so i go in and she says yep your on non reporting as long as you pass the drug test ! i said what ? she said, oh yes, you have to do this. i said Oh OK..well i cant right now..she said oh you can and will as we cant change our minds now..so i did have to 'go' but i had smoked the night before..and have since 1973 ! i was so scared, i didnt know they did things like that. so luckily my good ol' husband was with me that day in aug 21 2013 and i put my head to his head and said, honey i have to take a drug test..go get me something now, i have an hour when they go to lunch. so they went to lunch and said come back in one hour..so i drank something called Detox Now (45 min but best in 2 to 3 hours). so i drank that and did what it said..po said call in two weeks, (lab test), so i called and she said come in, its dilute ! i said oh ok, so by now it had been 2 wks and i had faith in that drink so i had taken a few puffs..so i drank my coffee, tom juice and took my vitamine and aspirin for heart. and went in..she said call again in two weeks..i really thought i'd be ok, so i was in n.c. mountains and i puffed 4 puffs on tuesday night, weds i get call from her saying come in, its dilute ! i said, geesh..so we drive all the way back weds night, and go in thurs at 10..it was clear, she said pour it out, i said, ok...then i told her how much water i drink..for heart, hotflashes and over all health..always have always till since i've been a gymnast at age 12..water, milk, juice and now coffee..she said how about drink a pop and your coffee..i said i dont drink pop..she said can you try ? i said, oh ok..she said no ice..just pop and coffee..i said sure..i came back in , pee'd yellow for her and she said, pour it our, i dont want you coming back a 3rd dilute, thats a violation..(im thinking violation for peeing clear to lt yellow?) but she was nice, and said come back at 2pm and im sure it will be yellow again and we'll take that one to send off..so long long story short! i smoked on that tues night about 4 puffs, pee'd on thurs at 2pm...would i be clean ? its been over a week and i have to call her next thurs..im 57 and i dont want to go to jail..im a proud grandmother of 6 and mother of 3 and my husband is a wreck due to this and so am I. i've never been in trouble before in my entire life ! but thanks to politics and someone wanting me out of my position, they found that i had violated an indiana code and so i was charged for failure to follow that code. 3 yrs probation. i did take a pee test as soon as i left her office and it said neg. and it was same pee i gave her except 30 minutes later. what do you all think? im kind of hyper and dont gain a pound, if i lose a pound it takes a good year to gain it back..i eat healthy, and drink healthy and i do smoke weed, and i have smoked week since 1973 but raised 3 kids and worked hard to get them through good schools and education..haha ones a cop, ones a mech tech and ones a nurse..they know i smoke but they love me any way ! as they know it does not interfere with my ability to 'live'. thanks any one that can answer this..and how long do you think it stays in my system ? i had a few puffs prior to the 2nd test too and home tested and it came back neg, but hers came back dilute..so until i fully understood what that term meant i had been drinking water all night and all day, its what i do..and have always done..but this 3rd time, she got me to not drink my water..and i did pee midstream and at 2pm 2 days after my 4 puffs . this is my first time, so HI all and this also introduces myself i guess eh, im a huge talker..yes..

its me ! i have to call po on thurs..im going to wait til mid afternoon i think to call her...im hoping they dont put me in jail if i flunked ? ! i dont think i could do jail and she said she didnt want a 3rd dilute as its a violation? what does that mean, does anyone know, i didnt ask that question cause i didnt want to know the answer..thanks again ! (of course im thinking it has to be better than a positive) and this county just is so mean. i had full faith in the justice system at one time..my whole family were /are policemen/ cia, etc, and i always believed in the system, you tell the truth and justice will be done..well i told the truth and i got arrested as they didnt believe me..my friends said its due to they saw my hyperness and 'assumed' i was guilty since i am always fidgety...so if my mom were alive she would be so sad that im here in this predictament and so angry at her justice system that it failed me.. i cant wait til july 21 so i can just move out of this county that i thought i loved so much..but its a mean county, people are beautiful here in indiana but the 'system' is horrible and corrupt ! ( i hope this doesnt show on anything else but this site )

im guessing no one wants to answer these questions..i know it was stupid of me to puff on it..i do know that..i feel bad mostly for my husband and kids..i should have known better. but i had thought i was 'good'...like i said, i didnt know much about dilute and what that all meant..never had to run up against it before..i know this time when i call it cant possibly be dilute..so i shouldnt worry about a 3rd dilute and what that would mean. but what i do worry about is puffing on it tues night then thurs at 2 they took my sample, it was yellow as she said it would be fine to send to lab. ugh...i call thursday (my two week mark). a friend of mine, did have a probation person for mj and so when he didnt pass they came to arrest him 4 days later..i havent seen any police yet so hoping ..so hoping when i call on thursday she says im good to go on non reporting..i dont know if this is where i continue to talk..new to this site..but i'll post something on thursday IF im not sitting in jail licking my wounds and pride ! i shouldnt worry like this, my kids and husband will still love me, but its the fact that it will indeed make their stupid little news paper and then my grandkids who live in this county will read it..ugh...hope for the best and if any of you all 'believe'...i'll take a prayer ! thanks again !

Ill try alot of it depends pn ur body how much u smoke and test quality. As a kid i got caught talkin bout pot mom and dad tested me it been 4 days since i smoked. I passed i was 6"2 .360 pounds. My brothers skin and bones i swear he could smoke all day everyday smoke while he fills the cup and pass. Im on Vicodin and was givin a drug test at my doctors officer to make sure i was takin it. I had smoked pot 6 days before and passed. Id say four puffs ur pass. As for the diluted part. I think its bs. Im like u i drink 2-4 gallons of water a day have since i was 18 when i got a job at an idoc prison i told my hoghering officer and the test lab i drink gallons of water a day have since i was a kid its in my medical records they both said it would be fine then prob cause at the time i didnt smoke and offered for the bllod or spit tesr

hey i have ben called to a pee test to becors i was on my way to go clean.
they can track the thc/cbn in your dna for 9 months after you stop smoking i got told of them, i got busted xD but it was just becors i was trying to get clean for 2 years back :) and i dont know if they was just trying to scare me or what it was.-

but the point is they told me that it can be tracked in your dna for 9 months

well good news...i PASSED...whew.. questionable news..she said felons cant be on non reporting..i said OH NO...the big guy in probation told me, do half your probation, pay all your fine and your non reporting...sooooo..i said, then why did i take a non reporting drug test ? she said, well i cant answer that...so shes going to call me back after she talks to the Big Guy ! thanks for any responses, much appreciated ! i now know pretty much after experiments that MY BODY can go 7 days (really less) but 7 days clean and i can pass any lab test..thank goodness for a high metabolism ! its been in my system for 42 years each and every day, and i stop for 7 days and then a few puffs and 40 hours later i pass the lab test ! i wont count on this again however..as if they want to do it again..i will stop for 14 days before appts...(if i have any more appts) again thanks ! and i enjoy reading the posts ! some are dumb...like the ones that want to mix bad drugs with other things..but nothing wrong with the Indian herb !
