yes, go to " Secrets" addy is 3229 N clark..773-755-0179.. the easy way to get there take clark till u get to belmont or lake shore drive to belmont , then go west till u get to clark make a right and you'll run right into it. Nice place to shop long as u remember not to use the "bong" word.. be sure to say "water pipe" and "smoking substance." go all the way to the back there are plenty sitting on the shelf. oh yea grab a coupon on the desk that wil save u 20%

Peace.

By Chance would, Secrets, have a necklace like device similiar to what was shown in the movie, "Cruel Intentions"? You know, that necklace that unscrewed revealing a secret place for a small snort stash of coke.

There is also Novelties N Stuff on Clark that is within viewing distance from Secrets. I haven't been in either one yet, I've only been there at night. Novelties n stuff seems to have a huge selection, and they're having a closeout sale on European glass.

It hits great, especially with the ice catcher.

Actually if you go down division to the flea market, I 4got what street it crosses with, but if you go to the army/navy surplus in the flea market, they have pipes, and other cool stuff for smoking, and its nicely priced....

An ice catcher...catches ice. When you pour water down, you can add ice cubes, and they stay where the tube narrows. Makes the hit cooler and smoother.

Hey I actually wound up going to a place called pipesandstuff.com, its right by belmont and clark as well, actually your right there if you take clark to belmont, theres also a place around the corner called noveltysandstuff.com, both have the same stuff, and they are really well priced, I bought a plastic bong for 30, a long one hitter for 7, and pipe screens at 10 for a dollar. I liked the place, and depending whose there, they are pretty cool about slang if there are younger people working, and well most of the people work in that district are high anyways...
but yeah at any head shop in chicago, I would suggest to use words like water pipe.

Oh yeah noveltiesandstuff.com sells salvia.

Adam's Apple is cool and if you catch them in a good mood they will give ya deals on certain crap.

I suppose if you look underage you will catch some lip from whoever is behind the counter, but ive never been asked for an ID. (Then again I prolly dont look to young)

In my experience you never want to say to much to them they seem real paranoid (typical potheads, lol). And the "B" (bong) word is a big NO NO in the store. I agree with Kryzco's comment on that one.

Back in the '70's, I went there on a family trip with my grandparents.
My grandfather bought a new pipe, some screens, a bunck of incense, and some papers.
When we got to the counter, my grandmother (who was just starting to get Alzheimers) said out loud...
"Should we get some pot while we're here?"
We all laughed, and said "no, grandma, we can't get that here"
"Oh? Why not?" she asked.
"Because it's illegal." my mom answered.
"Still? That's silly." she said.
Yes grandma. It is silly.

Hey I just moved out to the north suburbs and I'm having a little problem shopping around. If you live any where in the NW suburbs or in the city u should let me know something, because I have to make myself get pretty comfortable up here, and if you ever make you're way to Arizona I got you covered
