Help with my grow

hi, I'm not really a grower just a smoker but iv had a completely random plant start growing outside in my garden is been there for about 3 months now, iv been putting organic insecticide and plant grow on it. The main thing I need to know is how long before it will be ready but anything I need to know about this would be welcome
just some extra info I'm in the UK the weather has been pretty hot but last few days its been getting colder and raining a lot and i have also attached some photos of the plant for you all to see. Thanks :rastasmoke:

looks like a sativa that's hermied to fuck if u ask me.
loads of seeds by the looks of it.
few crystals there tho you will get a smoke or make some hash.

yea it looks like a sativa u can tell when a plants done when the little mushroom looking things (trichromes) on the plant go milky or amber get a mag glass look close when the tip of trichromes turn color not clear its done
