first time need some help. sick plant

You need to include more info, PH of soil and water, ferts , soil, temp etc.

Well that's just it. All I've done is throw some seeds in some dirt. I haven't used any ferts I don't know how to check pH and its usually 70-80 in this room depending on if the AC is on or not. I just figured someone could tell what's wrong by looking at it :/
