This is the greener one up close.. If i'm not mistaken i believe i seen pistils but I'm no expert.. It also grew up quicker than the other one and is evidently lighter in color... I was also curious as to the stem and branches are purple and the other plant's stems are not.. Is it not healthy? Nitrogen deficiency?

Both those pics are showing female.
Purple in the stems can result from a few origins. First would be genetics. I don't think that's what is going on here though. Phosphorus and Magnesium deficiencies can also cause purple stems.
Try mixing ΒΌ teaspoon/gallon of Epsom salts/ water. This should help any Magnesium issues. Magnesium is a common deficiency that is easily solved just don't over do it. I use this solution if I notice purple stems and one application is usually enough. You should see improvement in just a couple of days if this is the issue.
A bloom nute should take care of any other N/P/K deficiency.

Could the deficiency also be the reason its growth has slowed down? Because the yellower plant had at least a foot of height on the plant now its only inches taller.. or is this just natural for the plant to slow its growth?
