Nirvana Northern Lights plant is in its 4th week of veg and the AK48 is in 3rd week of veg
dwc hydro system with a drip ring
400 watt hps running 20/4 cycle
1/2 strength flora series nutrients

Everything seems to be going pretty well in my first grow except for some yellowing on the tips of a few leaves. You can see it a bit in the pictures. I believe its nute burn. Anyone have any thoughts?

Let me know what you all think about the grow so far.

I'm wondering why the ring in a DWC setup - I'm also looking for your basket, I don't see one. Can you post more pics of your actual setup? As far as nute burn this young, you shouldn't be feeding them much... Nutes start slowly, 200ppm, 400, 600, 800 then higher in flower.

I ordered 2 GH hydrofarms which had the drip ring included so I figured I would use them. There is a 2 gallon darker brown basket full of hydroton that sits in a 4 gallon reservoir and you can see it in the pics from this reply. My northern lights plant has been a week ahead of my AK48 plant because of some germination problems early on and it has reacted almost perfectly to the amount of nutes I have put in, which has been the same nute cycle I have been using for the AK. At one point the NL plant did have some yellowing on the leaves but after 2 or 3 days it seemed to be fine. I figured the same would happen to the AK but it continued to get worse so I added a half gallon of just plain pH water to dilute it a little.

Hope the pictures help I could use any advice from anyone out there willing to give it
