What is 'normal' soil? the plant looks burned. at three and a half weeks it should look more like this.

Maybe the soil could be ok for growing later but is too 'hot' for seedlings.
You don't have water issues, have you grown anything before with this water and soil?

This is the plant as of today, i did accidentally put the light too low, and I am. Using normal potting soil. What do I do? Should I switch to peat moss

Call me sadistic but I would chop her and start again!
Get some proper soil
Proper light
And read read read these forums until the sun comes up. You can't really go into this blind, especially if you want to actually yield anything.
