Need a little advice? Is my plant a hermaphrodite?

Alright I have a couple of questions...

I found what looks like 2 "pistols" on my baby girl.
But not so sure...I'll put some pictures up. But another question of mine...what's up with the plant growing so slow? It used to grow pretty fast. But I'm a little of a noob. Just let me know what you think or if you have any advice! An also when will my plant start to flower? I put the seed in the ground on 6/27/13

They don't look like they hermied to me, but I can't get my zoom to work right now. "Pistols" are a good thing...what you don't want to see is balls. They will start to flower when they get 12 hours of darkness, unless they are an auto-flowering strain, then, whenever. If it's slowed down, it must be lacking in something it had before.

So does my plant look healthy and stuff? Is my plant supposed to be flowering now? And if so, how long before I see buds? And thanks for that info, it was really needed!

Ughh, so when the pistols come in...that means it's starting to flower? And does flowers actually come out of the cannabis?

they look fine to me..
from your pics. i would say.
1. your pot is too big which is prob why its growing slow,, (i wouldnt worry about it this time around kind of too late to downsize a pot, but i guess you could depending on how the roots are.) for an example i have a plant in a pot quarter of the size of yours and the plant is about 3ft tall,

2.your lighting, you need more. from the pics, i see light on top, and everything else is dark & shadowed. you need an even stream of light over the top, and maybe a couple small lights down the sides to get the bottom
3. give it some nitrogen 7-10 rating will do just fine
4. when you water, dont drench the pot. or water the dirt. do several small waterings focused near the stem & center. this way the water will get caught by the roots and not the dirt. if you flood the pot it just seeps right thru from the mass/weight of the water, and slips right by the roots. so your watering it alot but its just draining out cause the roots havnt filled the pot up yet.
if your roots are well rooted. when you water, some of the water will stay on top like a little puddle then it will slowly seep in.
5. you need a fan,. to blow it around abit so the stem will get stronger so it can hold your buds up.

i would vegg that guy for atleast another month or 2, sprount some new seeds in the meantime :)
