Hi guys

I want to share something with all of you that are trying to get clean out with detox kits!

I went to buy a detox kit for 94$ + tax (Strip nc) I have not been smoking pot for 14 days prior to starting with this kit. I was assured that if I follow exactly what they said that I would be clean. I did follow their instructions : Drink 24 oz of water with 2 pills 20 min before each meat ( 3 times a day) , go to the gym and sweat I been in the gym for 2-3 hours a day and lost 8 pounds in 1 week, eat only chicken breast , fish and vegetables , did not eat fast food, pizza , burgers ,not even a hotdog, do not drink cranberry juice only water , do not smoke cigarettes ( that was a difficult one but still I didn't smoke for a week) drink plenty of water during the day ..i was drinking about 6-7 L per day and I stayed away from people that smokes. On top of that I did 2 extra days on top of the detox before testing myself, that was only gym , water and veges food .

Results: Today day 23 not smoking and after detox kit I am still positive for THC :wtf:

Conclusion: This is complete BS , they know this wont work out and they tell you all this BS so they can collect the 100$ The ingredients in those detox pills are: Dandelion root : are you for real ... Burdock root :The burdock is a plant found in the continents of Europe and Asia. It is easy to find and identify, as it generally grows along fences and roads. OMG why didn't I research this before spending my money on this crap ... SO DO NOT BUY A DETOX KIT! They know you want to get clean for a piss test and they will ask astronomical prices. A friend of mine is a chemist and work in huge lab here in Calgary. So I showed him what was in those pills and he had a good laugh. He told me that it would cost less than 3$ to make those 42 pills and that the label and the box probably cost more!

Good thing I have 2 more weeks before my test :)

Just goes to show whats been pointed out for years: that all "detox" products are nothing but a big scam to capitalize on the so-called "war on drugs" by preying upon the credulous and uninformed (using sales pitches which are based upon total misinformation) and taking their hard-earned cash. Cannabis users deserve better, as they are victimized enough by the so-called "war on drugs" without these buzzarding scam artists swooping down into the mix.

There is no product that can rid the body of THC, as those sales pitches would like the consumer to believe. Only time and exercise can rid the body of THC.

When these products do work at all, they work because of dilution. That means they "work" because of the water that youre required by the instructions to drink with them. You can spend up to $200 on a magic elixir, and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished using vitamin B2 and water.

Furthermore, if these scam artists had done their research on how the human body processes THC, they would understand that exercising too close to the scheduled date of the U/A can be detrimental. Exercise burns fat cells in which THC is stored in. When fat cells burn, the THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream. From there, the kidneys filter the THC metabolites from the bloodstream and deposits them into the bladder for the eventual exit. This is the main reason why THC carries a longer detection period thn other types of drugs.

Therefore, if a person is still testing "hot" on the home assays, and the scheduled U/A is 3 days (or less) coming, then all fat-burning activities should be curtailed and the donor be as dormant as possible until after the U/A. That way the donor wont be releasing a bunch of THC metabolites into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.
