need light dep. advise

Going to try a light deprivation next year. Will be using a blacked out 4x4x4.5 portable green house. At what hight should I switch to 12/12 to allow plants to finish but not exceed the 4 foot Mark? I will be starting hybrids for the grow and thin out the mails after I switch the light.

Some stretch more than others so it depends on the strain. You can train them or top/fim them too.
