Dead leaves.

Hey folks,I'm fairly new at this.I have two nice Agent Orange plants at about 17 weeks.I have some dead leaves towards the bottom of the plants.Should I go ahead and remove them?The rest of the plants look healthy.THANKS,for any advice. 'G'
