agent orange

I have two agent orange plants at 16 weeks and I see no buds on the plants.Is this normal? I appreciate any feed back. THANKS, G-man

These plants were clones and I planted them in March.They are outside and seem to be healthy.

when the daylight hours get near 12/12 they will start flowering they will veg until then so take care of them and enjoy the show.
