small cfl grow seeds unknown

new grow started bin away from it for sum years due to a stint in the clink.
got next to no budget and some seeds from a friend.
stuff:
1x 45 watt cfl 6400 k
1x 45 watt cfl 2700 k
poundland soil 10ltrs
polystyrene ( to use as like perlite)
2.5" x 2.5" x 3" GHETTO grow cab
10 seeds unknown strain

Your plants don't look like weed where is the first set of leaves that are rounded

sorry sir I forgot to add that I'm starting a few peppers and chillis in the same cab lol. I live on the top floor and have no garden so until I get around to building a window box for my kitchen they will be along for the ride .:) I'll post a pic of the girls now they are showing signs of life.

Sorry for taking ages to post guys had a few problems with losing my plants but i have started again.
I now have 140 actual watts of cfl's 45 are 6400k the rest 2700k. I have made a dwc system diy and im using rockwool as grow medium.
Im using 1 plant which is bag seed and 10 chronic seeds. 2 plants are in dwc and rest are in canna terra pro soil. Im usig bio bizz bio grow and hesi root complex to start with through veg and havent decided what im going to be using for flower but thats 4 weeks away so have time for suggestions. Budget is no longer a problem so any advice would be great... I have a big problem though and thats the temps in my grow room they are about 30 degrees celsius plus atm and i really need to get them down right this second the temps are 34.5 degrees celsius and humidity is 24 percent .

these are the lights I'm using for the grow will be exchanging some lower watt bulbs for 45 watters when flower time is here.

this is the temps and humidity yesterday before I added another fan.

this is the temps after 2 hours of the fan circulating air. I also had my attic hatch open aswell so fresh air could come up through and push the hot air out.

and finaly this is the 2 plants I have in my diy hydro system. the third failed to show her pretty little face so I wil be growing only 2 in this system.
