Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.
I plan on subbing with Quick Fix at some point this week. Never subbed before so I'm kinda nervous/anxious about it. I've finally been given paperwork for a pre-employment SAP10-20+MDMA+6AM/A3 screening, being sent to a local MRO called Barry Sachs in Houston. The print out actually says Quest Diagnostics in the upper right hand corner even though it was sent to me by my contracting company. I'm not sure what DISA has to do with it, but they're involved somehow, whoever they are.
I was given a list of locations close to my home that offer the drug and alcohol screening and all of these appear to be mainly urgent care/health care clinics, with one or two being some testing facilities I've never heard of. I have my choice on here so I'm wondering what might be the better choice to slip through with a synthetic urine. (I have Quick Fix 5.7-1). Do the urgent care/health care clinics operate any differently than an actual testing facility?
From what I've gotten here so far from Burnt Toast, in a pre-employment screening this should not be a monitored screening and I should have no trouble getting the sample into the restroom. I'm pretty confident about keeping the sample temperature on par. Just looking for any input on this. I don't want to walk into the wrong facility and not be prepared and lose a 70k a year job opportunity.
Thank you!
