Flash Photography & plant stress

I would like to start a log including pictures. Will the flash from the camera cause the plant to stress?

I sure hope not! I'd been taking all these crappy photos for not.

Not unless you do it in the dark time......indoor lights strobe very fast way too fast for our eyes to see so a single flash from a camera won't bother them.

Your Flash will not effect the plants at any time.
