Hello All,
So I'm going to dilute my pee for a UA I have coming up in a few days. I am reading online here about elevating your creatinine levels, and it looks like taking creatine monohydrate doesn't really elevate your creatinine levels in your urine very effectively.
My question is, does anyone know of any other method to raise your creatinine levels?
OR, N2 never posted how much creatine you are supposed to take ---- the recommended daily dose or 5x that or 10x that or what?
Also, in terms of raising Specific gravity, thats what the gatorade is for correct? Is there anything else I can do to raise specific gravity?
Thanks to all in advance.

I am essentially bumping this thread as I have almost the same question. I too want to dilute, but want to raise my creatnine levels to ensure I'm diluting safely. Obviously electrolytes and B-vitamins are good ways to increase your specific gravity. But what about creatnine? is taking creatine a good idea?

N2s, Dilution "sticky" thread will tell you all on what to do to dilute, including creatine-loading.
How much creatine is needed all depends on what your "baseline" creatinine level was before diluting - Each persons baseline is different - and youre not going to know your baseline without testing your urine with a validity test strip. These kits are inexpensive and are found online by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".
Be sure to do your creatine-loading at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A to allow adequate time for the body to convert creatine into creatinine and be present in the urine (2-3 days).
Creatinine levels must be over 20 mg/dL to be satisfactory. There are no upper limits for creatinine. However, this does not mean you should go overboard with the creatine supps. Too much creatine can result in long unwanted bathroom sessions, sitting on the toilet seat.
