First time grow micro grow shoe box

Okay so the matter is I can't get caught I've posted a few pictures of the set up,
Any suggestions on how many times I water, nutrients , when to transplant.

I am going to try to veg up to 3-4 weeks and then plant them outside and let nature flower them. I planted 4 seeds without germination first and had 2 sprouts, it has been 6-7 days since I first planted

The plants are on a 24/0 light schedule any input on how I can make them start flowering by week 4-5 would be helpful I will be posting pics and keeping this forum updated. (The strain is purple wreck all feminized seeds)

I also put new foil on without so many creases. Any suggestions at all are welcome I'm a first time ever grower just looking for help thanks guys!!

Bulb is a cfl 13w (150watt 2700 lum.)

What can I say I'm a first time grower

To get the plants to flower they need 12 hours of dark each day. But then when you put them outdoors they will want to revert to vegging (not flowering). Just so you'll know.

Is it okay if I veg them 24/0 for 3 weeks then put them outside and let nature flower them
