Question about Sub

I have stored clean urine in my freezer for any surprises that may come up. Well my freezer died and everything thawed out. Will it be ok to refreeze the urine and it still be suitable for use?

One more thought to this... will the fact that the urine was at room temp for over 8 hours affect the sample?
