Highest yielding autoflower? And question about nutrients

Before I get it, I am still trying to decide on a strain that will give me a maximum yield. I would like to do an autoflowering strain since it is my first grow. I looked at attitude seed bank and they had a good selection. Any opinions on the best autoflowering strain as far as yield/potency? I would like to fit 6 plants in this tent, but if not 6, as many plants as possible for the best yield.
My other question is about watering and nutrients, how often do I water and give nutrients to the plants and how much of the nutrients do I give? Thanks guys!

Auto Pounder (http://www.cannabis-seeds.co.uk/autoseeds/auto-pounder.html) by Auto Seeds is a high yielder but the power is in the medium range.

AK-49 Auto (http://www.gorilla-cannabis-seeds.co.uk/visionseeds/autoflowering/ak49-auto.html) by Vision Seeds is more potent (20% THC according to Vision) but the yields are lower at 30-50 gr/seed.

With Autos, you generally don't get both high power & high yields combined.

I have a G13 Diesel Auto Fem going right now that was a freebie from Attitude. it is 2 feet tall, 5 weeks old, and already starting to flower. I don't know what to say, I was hoping it would get a lot bigger before it started flowering, but at least I will have some smoke in 6-8 weeks. There is probably a 1/16 ounce of bud on it right now if I were to cut and dry it at the moment. I won't know yet if this is a good or bad event until all is said and done, but I am very surprised with this plant.
