4 days in a row am i good to go?

i havent smoked in 6 months until a couple weeks ago. i smoked a .25 in 4 days then i stayed clean for 11 days. will i be clear to pass test after 11 days? i am a bodybuilde so im 10% bf and w/o every day and drank water
