What's wrong with my plant

I think I have nuke burn but only like 5 of my girls are looking like this and they are not in the same grow area some one plz help 291673

Only time I've seen that is over watering or spider mites. You must let the soil dry between waterings and spider mites can be seen as tiny black dots on the bottom of the leaves. They can be taken care of by two damp sponges being lightly rubbed on the leaves to get them off and destoy their webs. If the leaves started turning yellow on the edges before this happened I would say its spider mites.

first glance, your lights apear to be burning them, i can see the light ring falloff right where its burning,
try getting a wider reflector to dissapate the falloff more, raise your lights
