Walmart soil with bone meal added- does the soil have ferts already if so you dont need to add any yet
indoor
fresh water every 2 to 3 days with Schultz plant food 10-15-10 - careful on the watering. the ferts seem a bit hot. but again if the soil has ferts you dont really need it at least not now
2 20 watt Fluorescent bulbs- way too weak
no PH meter-get one youre gonna need it
plants 5 to 6 weeks old
lights couple of inchs away for the plants
75-80 Degrees
Not too humid
24 hour Lighting schedule
Fan ventilation

you need to do some reading for your own sake.

There's hope. Need to let the soil dry Completely in between waterings & need more light. Possibly closer to the plant as well since the t5's do no emit much heat (temperature wise). There are very good articles here growing with cfl's. would be wise to check them out? Peace grasshopper

Just curious as to why you say this? On my current grow, I accidentally planted two seeds in one bucket, and those two happen to be my healthiest plants. I figure that I can't lose either way it turns out, both fem or male and fem. Worst case scenario would be both male obviously, but I do want seeds, so I could still get pollen and some leaf smoke...I didn't want to risk a transplant...they are like two peas in a pod, so I am going to see how it goes.
