So I have to process at MEPS for the Navy Wednesday 5/22. My only worry is the drug test in which me passing is questionable. The last time I smoked was Monday 5/6 and before that was once in the whole month of April.

I've been diluting drinking lots of water with azo cranberrie pills and niacin daily as well as running daily to sweat out the metabolites. I've also purchased a detox ldrink to take the day of the test (which i've heard is not very reliable) just in case. I'm also 5'11 140 lbs and I have a fast metabolism.

Any and ALL advice is happily welcomed!:rasta:

Edit: Substitution is also a no-go since they literally will watch over me to see the piss going in the cup.

Azo's and niacin does nothing to help pass a U/A.

Drinking water in the days before the U/A is of no help. THC is not water soluble unlike other types of drugs. THC is fat soluble. For more info, do a Forum Search with the terms "drinking water useless help".

Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THC is excreted via sweat. You can sweat enough to fill many buckets, yet the amount of THC being excreted would still be minscule. The rest are being excreted via the urine and bowels.

By doing a Forum Search with the terms "detox product scam dilution", you'll discover that all detox products are a big scam to seperate the credulous from their cash.

Update: So this morning I tested myself using the "First Check" test with my first void of the day. I passed with a faint line, wasn't too faint though perfectly visible. (no sure if that means anything. So does this mean I'm in the clear? The test uses the 50/ng cutoff level same as the test I will take this Wednesday.

Do a Forum Search with the terms "faint line negative". You'll have your answer then.
