Bagseed, not sure of what strain
9 days since germination, 7 days in soil
24 watt T5 with 4 bulbs equaling 96 watts
18 hours on, 6 hours off
Distilled water every other day and spraying in between
24/7 fan facing the back wall
Temperature between 74-78 (night-day)
Humidity around 50%
Burpee eco friendly seed starting kit is the medium
No fertilizers used yet, waiting until week 3 and looking into fox farm products
Any advice? First time. Any comments/criticism welcome.

UPDATE:
They were ready for transplant yesterday when I noticed the roots coming out of the starter cup. They are a little dry in these pictures. I am trying to keep some balance in watering so I water every other day.

This is the younger seedling. She is the only one I put in a mixture of Burpee seed starter AND Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil. She was a little purple when she emerged but that quickly went away and I've noticed she has been hairier and a more bold green color. Are these good signs?

You won't get any sign of sex until you put the lights on a 12/12 schedule - and then you'll have to wait another week or more. That looks like leaf growth buds. If you have feminized seeds its very unlikely you'll get any males.
I'd bump the lights up to 20/4 or even 24/round the clock. Won't hurt them at all and should increase growth.

I usually see preflowers around week six in veg, especially the indica dominant strains. Sometimes they don't all show though. Some individuals can be slow to show off their 'parts'. Hard to figure if 'badseed' was feminized or not.

6 days into 12/12. This one appears to have a genuine sack..2 seemingly visible balls in one spot, same pattern on the rest of the plant. Should I pull it or wait? Please take a look, I appreciate any responses. I guess I know what I should do.. this was my favorite plant though so it's depressing in a way..haha..ha.. :(

I agree. The female budd will come out of a single ball looking node. It it seems to split even the slightest or isn't smooth more than likely you are looking at a male plant. From what I've noticed is you will see one small (possible) oval shape that will allow hair to grow from it.
