advice needed

Hi folks could any one recommend a good strain for me.i had a tumour removed from my spinal column last September.at the moment getting by on morphine,tramadol and what ever I can get of the local dealer I have just started growing at moment doing 5 big budda critical mass auto's .I'm not very green fingered this only second grow. any help greatly appreciated.
