Hey everyone!

I suffer from very High Anxiety and have constand Panic attacks. The thing that triggered my first panic attack was irresponsble smoking whiles my life was a complete mess, death in the family, the birth of my 3d child, building a house and alot at work.

I tried smoking a while back after my first panic attack, and as i thought i got another extreme panic attack, had to take pills to feel better and thought i was about to die.

Ofc i know this this is just in my head

BUT, i really love smoking, i feel better, are more calm, my stomachproblems dissapear and my stress is blown away.

I need help in finding myselfe a good strain, preferable indica as i seem to have some problems smoking strong sativas, i think they trigger my attacks.

Anyone out there with some experience in this field?

Also, i am growing at home. Have some big buddha Cheese seeds and Master Kush seeds at home, but just waiting for som help on better strains that might suit my need.

Only you know what sorts you out. You are the best judge of whats best for you.
Personally i do not suffer from lifes curveballs. (Stressing solves nothing)
One thing that helped me through life was what my uncle always said to me:
The measure of a man is not by what happens to him, But by how he handles it....
Also i have never had any smoke which causes me panic attacks so i am not the best person to offer advice.
Big buddha Cheese is a wonderfull smoke that i rate highly. But whether it suits you only you will know.
Hope you find something that works for you.
Should be fun trying many different strains. ATB

Blim Burn Seeds has a new strain called Narkosis (http://www.cannabis-seeds.co.uk/blimburnseeds/narkosis.html) that you might want to check out.

Narkosis literally means intense intoxification.

I know two people who have it at about the 2-3 week stage and it looks really good.
Too soon to know how it will be when it's done, but it's supposed to be a heavy Indica with just a tiny Sativa lift.

Try taking a look at Leafly.com. They have a lot of medical reviews and categories for symptoms. I think they're very detailed and informative. Sorry to hear about your panic attacks. I have had them too. I believe you're correct in saying that sativas generally promote more anxiety than indicas. However, taking in too much weed at a time can also do that, so watch your dosages. Good luck!
