A thought put in practice..... Hey, couldn't find a decent sub topic to post but has anyone tried "bartering" in (legal states only). So here it goes, have a great relationship with a few peeps visa vie food, music lessons. Yes music lessons. Had a bumper crop & cannot burn it fast enough well vape to be honest & with the extra been bartering. My point is simple, don't want fiat (monopoly money) so hey, trade for goods & services? He'll yea! The fed would string me up by me balls cuz not taxable transaction. Shooting myself in the foot/bollocks?

Best trade bait out there. Have gotten a car, a pickup, an electric transport(like airport), and let's not forget grow equipment. I trade for anything.

:s4:Trade makes the world go round. Finances are tight so I trade labor for medication. It really is the way to go.

Basically back to the roots of man as we know it! Not geo-tagging myself but reside in a large community & 99.9% of commerce is based on fiat currency. With that said created a co-op approach to sustenance. Kinda was always taught to think with blinders & never understood fully. We all gotta eat! Now I can actually see what our forefathers, (free thinkers in a cage if you will) independent distillers, organic vegetable co-ops, & now today, TLR, Mal & many others out there. Damn, once you get the ball rolling it can snowball fast. watching my p's & q's. Peace be upon you my brothers/sisters in arms.

Busy today, first bud that stopped by had 4 dozen bigger crawdads, and pickup load of ground alfalfa hay, was ordered so little dickering, he left very happy.

Second guy, friend that owns a nursery, had told him about my flower problem, brought his truck. Had ten what he called holdover roses, claimed four years old in big pots(really nice, ssh), and two Japanese maples in huge pots at least ten footers. Passed the bong awhile, he left happy, and I'm sure pleased.

I LOVE bartering/trading. I've got my hand into a lot of little projects, so I always have tons of goods/services to trade. I've gotten some amazing deals that way, definitely better than when cash is involved as the main incentive.

Shouldn't had spoken too soon! Lol, my one "service" went dark cuz the cheese shop employees noticed I never paid using 291617. However my friend has advised this is only temporary & will resume in a few. Def hungry for sum AWESUM food!

Was glad my electrical engineer is one of my rangers, when the breaker box lost its magic. Grandad told me that if electric smokes, the magic escapes. 2 mains 100a, 2 50a breakers, 2 30a breakers, must have been like a strong of fire works.

But with the circuit rider mentality, a fellow ranger shows up to help, couple of hours, few dollars for parts, few bong hits, bag of smoke and all's good. Peace and help a friend

Will resume when things cool down a bit. Very low key.

Found another reason, got passed a couple of bogus 100's. Pointed o out to me in the check o out line. Not cool, came from a bank employee. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

havn't really tried trading like this, but i'm guessing you need to be good at it and know the price of everything you're trading. Might try it out

Like anything "bartered" the quality needs to be A-Ab @ the least.

Rare trip to town, looken to barter for some wedding supplies and services, was successful!! Then walking through farmers market was stopped was stopped by sweet young thing, her plant had died, what could I do? I said I could maybe come up with a clone, she was so happy, THEY told her, you can't grow from seed. Had to ask when did this happen? Most be Monsanto.

Never bartered with the good green before; just mostly tools and what not. Might have to mix in some other stuff instead of just government green backs.

Esteban1

Yup, works for me. Actually prefer goods/services as opposed to B.Frankins but would accept a 294712 for nostalgia sake! Peace
