I'm am an infrequent smoker, at least as of late. From December until now I have only smoked twice. I smoked about half a bowl to a whole bowl to myself 3 1/2 weeks ago. Then another half a bowl to a whole bowl to myself 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have a hair follicle test coming up soon (a week or two). Do you think I am fine or should I worry?
I bought some stuff just to try anyway. I bought the Tide original liq. detergent. I bought the Paul Mitchell 3. I bought Clean N Clear deep cleaning astringent (pink stuff). I got apple cider vinegar, and I got baking soda and water of course.
What do you recommend I do? I'm pretty worried...
Thank you,
Much obliged!

Turns out my hiring is being pushed back about a month. Therefor my hair test will be as well. I'm wondering... should I cut my hair as often as possible, or would it be best to let it grow out?
Any help/replies much appreciated! Thanks guys!

Only coming back here to let people know how my test went in case it's any help to them. I ended up doing a crapload of stuff to my head hair ONLY. I thought it was plenty long enough, I hadn't cut it at all. It was probably an inch long. BUTTTTTT.......they said it wasn't long enough and took from my LEG HAIR. (good thing I didn't shave everywhere) Needless to say I was nervous. But it might've played in my favor seeing as my leg hair was trimmed just a little bit. And its also really really fine hair.
Anyway, I'm guessing I PASSED. It's been 3 weeks with no mention of anything. Also took an at home hair test from my legs and the results from that were negative. Woohoo!
thanks for all the help.......................................??
